MERCI GOALS

• To encourage philanthropic donations for the Schools of Nursing and Schools of Medicine where the MERCI MODEL has been implemented, so that "mission" trips can be expanded to more students at no expense to the students and/or to assist in the establishment of medical clinics at which “local students” could be educated / trained by world leading doctors and surgeons i.e. for the purpose of not draining the “talented” from underdeveloped countries.

• To establish a national / international MERCI clearinghouse 

• To educate / network / implement the MERCI MODEL not only because it is a a safe, total medical waste management MODEL but to also educate / network / implement its important facet and role in a non government emergency preparedness program
